Had such great stay for one night with cordial staff and magnificent location in quite area & helpful staff. Last time I stopped, had clean room exactly as in pictures. Having a bidet and a cosmetic mirror was a bonus.

The bed in our Superior Double Room was uncomfortable, the trash was never taken out, and there was a charge of 100 yen for a new set of towels. Cleaning services were absent throughout our week-long visit, and the front desk availability was sporadic.

Great for families looking for comfort
The queen suite was like home, plenty of space to move around and all the appliances you could ask for. We loved that we could whip up our own meals, the washer was a lifesaver after two days of travel.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly it was still reasonable for what we got.
